One of the striking aspects of Wild Asia is how small our Core Team actually is! We work on projects and build better progammes, and yet, still find time to innovate, nurture younger members and evolve. Here are some of the core people behind Wild Asia.
Our Management Team
Beyond the technical Advisory Team that drives the innovation and consulting work within Wild Asia, our programmes are managed on a day-to-day basis by a team of three:
Reza Azmi
Reza is the founder and Executive Director of Wild Asia. Reza is a strategic thinker and has been involved in field to policy projects in nature conservation and sustainable development.... more

Gonthong Lourdesamy developed her first nature love from the environment she grew up in suburb area of Bangkok where there were plenty of fields to run and ponds to jump in.... more
Deborah Chan
Deb got her first dose of the great outdoors at the age of seven and naturally stuck at it. Her weekends are filled with campouts, hikes, backpacking travels and underwater escapades.... more
Our Technical Team
On hand to support us is a dedicated Technical Team who helps develop our core programmes and also provides the technical input required to drive many of our activities.

Dave combines over twenty years' experience in education with a lifelong passion for the natural world and the desire to share its wonders with others.... more
Melissa Cornejo
Melissa Cornejo has been passionate about the environment ever since she was growing up in Ecuador. She became determined to help inspire and educate others in order to protect our diverse ecosystems.... more
Our Communications & Editorial Team
Apart from helming our editorial work at Wild Asia, which includes our website and campaigns, our Communications & Editorial Team works with a pool of contributors to deliver the content seen and read on wildasia.org. Our goal is to share, engage and promote people to speak up.
